Cora just broke-up with her cheater ex. She decides to go to this mountain retreat where she had the vacation of her life while in college. It was there that she meet Alec. She hasn't been able to stop thinking about him and has followed his career. And made assumptions. Just as he did with her. Alec has also not been able to stop thinking about Cora. He has made a tradition of going there and spending the holiday there for the past several years. Surprise! They meet again. This was sweet and nicely paced. I liked both Alec and Cora. I loved that "the other woman" wasn't a bitch or any other negative aspect that romance novels tend to assign to that character. Instead, she was smart and capable.
