This was an easy read. There are some typos/errors, but they weren't glaring. I was disappointed in Josie a few times throughout the book- she was self-pitying and too busy at times to be a friend to those she considered her friends (even though one did stab her in the back). There are a lot of cliques: the gay best friend (who also is excellent with fashion and hair) and the mother from hell. I think all those stood out for me, more than they usually would have, because of the overall writing/storyline. That being said, this book was free. However, I have no interest in continuing for more of Josie and Jake's adventures.
