Opal Fire - Barbra Annino The beginning was slow, but things picked up. I thought Stacy was smart at times and I liked her go get 'em attitude. Other times I thought she was immature and stupid (make that REALLY stupid). The mystery and who-did-it was good. One thing that bothered me: at the beginning Stacy gets burned. Burns are painful and it's not mentioned ever again. There are a few other instances in this book (except the last time) where she is hurt, but then the next day seems fine. I thought this was unrealistic.
